1. 1. Townhall will be this coming Wednesday, August 28^th @ 1 PM.
      Items to be discussed:
      1. SAHA Annual Inspection coming up in October
      2. Progress update on backyard beautification
      3. New On-site Management Office Hours👉🏾 https://2020durant.org/about/
   2. Reminder, the new recycling bins in each floor’s trash room are exclusively for cardboard and must be broken down first.
   3. This is a smoke-free property, standing out front skirts the letter of the law while deliberately ignoring its intention.
   4. If you haven’t already, those who have a storage locker, please stop by the office to sign the new agreement. All unclaimed storage lockers and their contents will be disposed of by this Friday, August 30^th.
